Terms of Website Use

This page provides general information about Mente Rica Limited's business and project oversight services for owners living outside Nigeria. It is a marketing and enquiry page. It is not a client portal and it does not give access to any account or project system.

Submitting the enquiry form, booking a consultation or holding a consultation call does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

A client relationship begins only after we have completed qualification and our internal conflict checks, completed onboarding, and both parties have signed a written engagement agreement setting out the scope, fees and responsibilities. Until that agreement is signed and any conditions in it are met, we are not acting for you.

Nothing on this page is legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant country. General information may not fit your circumstances.

We do not guarantee any business, financial, commercial or project outcome, including revenue, cost savings, completion dates, recovery of funds or the performance of any contractor or third party. Examples, sample reports and sample dashboards shown on this page are illustrations of our reporting format, not promises of results.

Mente Rica Limited does not hold, receive or process client project funds through this page. We will never ask for payment card details, bank credentials or a transfer through the enquiry or booking forms. Any payment arrangement is set out in a signed engagement agreement and invoiced separately. If you receive a message that appears to come from us asking for funds or credentials through this page, do not act on it and contact us at hello@mentericaglobal.com.

Any authority for us to manage operations, instruct contractors, deal with third parties, access accounts or make decisions on your behalf must be expressly granted in a signed engagement agreement or a separate written mandate, and is limited to what that document says. Booking or attending a consultation grants no such authority.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information in the enquiry and booking forms, and tell us if it changes.
• Do not submit information about another person without a proper basis for doing so.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the page, bypass its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale or use automated tools to submit forms.
• Do not use the page for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.

We may limit or refuse access, or decline an enquiry, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

All content on this page, including text, layout, report and dashboard formats, graphics and the Mente Rica name and logo, is owned by Mente Rica Limited or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial assessment of our services. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission. Photographs used are professional stock images for illustration only.

Consultation scheduling is provided by Calendly, meeting invitations and calls are delivered through the tools Calendly connects to, hosting and data storage are provided by Lovable, and our email is provided by Zoho. Their availability and their own terms and privacy policies are outside our control. Links to other websites, including our corporate website, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The page is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this page or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights you have in your own country. Liability for services we actually provide to a client is governed by the signed engagement agreement, not by these terms.

These terms and your use of this page are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use this page as a consumer resident in another country, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer rights of that country that must apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, we ask you to contact us at hello@mentericaglobal.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy also apply. These website terms do not replace, vary or override a separate client engagement agreement; if there is a conflict, the signed engagement agreement takes priority for the services covered by it.
