Security and Confidentiality
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Oversight work depends on trust, so it matters that the first contact is handled carefully. This page explains, in plain terms, what we ask for at the enquiry stage, what you should never send through this page, and what a consultation booking does and does not authorise us to do.
We collect only what an initial consultation needs
The enquiry and booking forms ask for your contact details, where you live, the type of support you need, and a short description of the business or project and your main concern. That is enough for us to assess whether we can help and to prepare for the call. We do not ask for documents, account access or financial records at this stage.
Please do not send sensitive material through this page
- No identity documents, passport or national identification numbers.
- No bank statements, account numbers, card details or payment credentials.
- No passwords, one-time codes or login details for any system.
- No confidential contracts, title documents or business records.
The notes field is optional and is meant for a short summary in your own words. Please keep names of third parties and confidential figures out of it until we are engaged.
How documents are handled later
If we agree to work together, documents are requested only after qualification and onboarding, and only through an approved secure process that we will set up and explain to you, with a list of what is needed and why. We will never ask you to send sensitive documents as a reply to a marketing email or through this page's forms.
Who can see your information
Enquiries and bookings are stored in a managed database that is not open to public reading, and are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access is restricted to the people at Mente Rica Limited whose role requires it for your enquiry, using individual accounts. Internal notifications go to our business mailbox at hello@mentericaglobal.com, not to personal addresses. We keep records only as long as we need them, as set out in our Privacy Notice. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we make no claims of certification or absolute protection.
We will never ask for payment details here
Mente Rica Limited does not request payment credentials, card details or transfers through the enquiry form, the booking form or any page on this site. If you receive a request like that appearing to come from us, treat it as fraudulent and contact us using the details on this page to confirm.
Email is for notifications, not sensitive documents
We use email to acknowledge your enquiry, to notify our team internally, and for meeting confirmations sent by our scheduling provider. Email is not a suitable channel for highly sensitive documents, and we will not ask you to use it that way.
What a booking does not authorise
- Booking or attending a consultation does not give us access to any of your accounts or systems.
- It does not give us control over any funds, and we do not receive project funds through this page.
- It does not give us authority to make operational decisions, instruct contractors or represent you to third parties.
Any operational authority requires a separate written mandate, and is limited to the scope set out in a signed engagement agreement. The Terms of Website Use explain when a client relationship actually begins.
