Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy lists only the cookies and browser storage this page actually uses. Essential items keep the page working. Nothing used for measurement or advertising is loaded until you agree to it.
Your choices
The cookie banner gives you three equally available options: Essential only, Accept measurement and Manage preferences. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or the button below.
What we never do
- We never send anything you type into the enquiry or booking form — your name, email address, WhatsApp number, notes or booking details — to a measurement or advertising platform.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this page.
- We do not load any third-party script before you have made a cookie choice, apart from the essential hosting needed to serve the page.
Full list
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party | When it activates |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| mr_cookie_consent | Mente Rica (this page) | Remembers whether you chose essential only or accepted measurement. | Essential | Stored in your browser's local storage until you clear it or change your choice. | First party (browser storage, not a cookie sent to a server) | When you make a choice in the cookie banner or the preferences panel. |
| Session and security request data | Lovable (hosting) | Serves the page, protects against abuse and keeps short-lived operational and security logs. | Essential | Log retention set by the hosting provider; no marketing identifier is created. | First party / hosting provider | On every page request. This cannot be switched off without breaking the page. |
| Calendly embed cookies and storage | Calendly (calendly.com) | Loads the booking calendar, keeps your scheduling session and prevents duplicate bookings. | Functional, set by Calendly | Set by Calendly; typically from the end of the session up to about two years. | Third party | Only after you complete the booking details step and the calendar is loaded. Nothing from Calendly loads before that. |
| Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Would measure page visits and which sections are used. | Measurement, non-essential | Up to 2 years if enabled. | Third party | Not currently in use. No measurement ID is configured, so nothing loads. If we enable it, it will load only after you accept measurement. | |
| Meta Pixel (_fbp) | Meta (Facebook) | Would measure which campaigns bring visitors to this page. | Measurement, non-essential | Up to 3 months if enabled. | Third party | Not currently in use. No pixel ID is configured, so nothing loads. If we enable it, it will load only after you accept measurement. |
The Calendly booking calendar
Booking a consultation happens in two steps. In step one you give us your details, which are saved to our own database. Only when you continue to step two does the Calendly calendar load, at which point Calendly may set its own cookies and receives your name, email address and a booking reference so the form is prefilled. Nothing is requested from Calendly, and no Calendly cookie is set, until you take that step. If you would prefer not to use Calendly at all, use the enquiry form instead and we will arrange a time by email.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential items may stop parts of the page from working. For more detail on how we handle personal information, read our Privacy Notice.
