Accessibility Statement

• A skip link to jump straight to the main content.
• Semantic headings in order, with one main heading per page, and a single main landmark.
• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced and shown in text as well as colour.
• Visible focus outlines on links, buttons, form fields and the cookie banner controls.
• Icons that are decorative are hidden from screen readers; icon-only controls carry a text label.
• Meaningful alternative text on images, and empty alternative text on purely decorative ones.
• Text and background colours chosen from a palette intended to meet normal contrast requirements for body text and controls.
• A responsive layout that works down to small phone widths, with zoom and text resizing left enabled.
• Reduced motion respected: where movement is used, it is suppressed when your device asks for reduced motion.
• The cookie banner is reachable and operable by keyboard and labelled as a region, and its decline option is as prominent as its accept option.

We have carried out our own manual checks on this page and the legal pages, using keyboard navigation, browser zoom, mobile and desktop layouts, and the accessibility inspector built into the browser. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA as a target.

We have not commissioned an independent audit or formal assessment, so we do not claim full conformance with any accessibility standard. If that changes, we will update this page.

• The consultation calendar is an embedded service provided by Calendly. Its accessibility is controlled by Calendly, not by us. If you cannot use it, use the assessment form instead, or email us, and we will arrange a time with you directly.
• Sample report and dashboard illustrations convey their detail in text as well as layout, but they are dense; if any figure is unclear, ask us and we will send the same information in a plain format.
• We have not tested every combination of browser and assistive technology.
